Duties of the Weed Control: Administrate over department, assist taxpayers on weed control issues and plant identification, enforcement of State Weed Laws, prepare and submit all required annual reports to Nebraska Department of Agriculture, oversee commercial and enforcement of spraying operations done by the Weed District, and direct safety training of department employees.

Monday -- Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (April 1 to October 31)
Noxious Weed Complaint Form for Buffalo County:
If a complaint needs to be filed with Buffalo County Weed Control you must use this form when filing a complaint against a landowner. The form MUST be filled out completely for us to follow through with a complaint. If you have any questions, please call 308-236-1244 during office hours.
